Khurram's dedication and extensive experience in commercial, condo, and residential property management make him a valuable asset to our team. In his continued position as CFO, he will work closely with our existing ownership to maintain close personal contact with our clients, enhancing our ability to improve services while upholding the reputation we have diligently built over the years. 

With over 20 years of international finance experience spanning various industries, Khurram is proficient in ERP solutions and specializes in improving efficiencies through automation and process enhancement while managing risk. His qualifications include an Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA, UK) certification, a master's degree in professional accountancy from the University of London, UK, and a Canadian Certified Public Accountant (CPA, CGA) designation. 

Beyond his professional achievements, Khurram is an advocate for social responsibility. He dedicates his spare time to volunteering with the Aga Khan Development Network (AKDN) agencies, serving on finance and audit committees, and supporting education and quality of life initiatives for underprivileged communities globally. His commitment extends to mental health awareness programs, reflecting his passion for holistic well-being.
