- Not a resident with us yet? You can apply to be, with our Secured Online Rental Application. Easily fill out the fields and submit your application, all online! Our management team will receive and review your application via our secure online provider and will contact you accordingly. With our Secured Application, you can rest assured that your personal information is sent securely online.
- Are you a resident and need something repaired or replaced in your suite? We now offer an online maintenance request form to ensure a quick and smooth process for you and our maintenance staff.
- If you're on the market for a new home or apartment, you can easily send our property team an e-mail, to inquire or book an appointment. Choose the bedroom type you prefer while on your favourite building's page, and click the 'Inquire' button.
- Our website is fully accessible for all users and mobile/tablet friendly for those who prefer smart devices.
- Managing properties is our expertise! Property owners or board members who'd like to receive a Request for Proposal can fill out their building information in our online form.
