Halloween is approaching fast and that means it is high time to get your spook on. If you are not sure where to find the best ghost stories or spooky encounters, we can help.

You can easily gather your family and friends up to 10 people and book your private Fireside Ghost Experience with Limousine Services Inc. Due to recent COVID restrictions, only private tours of the Fireside Ghost Experience are available. On this tour you will learn true stories of real investigations, while traveling in a warm and comfortable Limobus. Please ensure you have a mask with you. The recommended age is over 18; however, the tour would be suitable for 12 and up with parental discretion.

Sometimes getting lost can be scary, so why not give the Edmonton Corn Maze a go this year? The 2020 Stronger Together maze, just 20 minutes from our Elements at Windermere condominiums, has plenty of twists and turns to get lost in. With social distancing and enhanced cleaning, the Edmonton Corn Maze also offers farm animals, a play area, and jumping pillows. To enjoy the experience, tickets must be purchased online for pre-booked timeslots. You can follow their Facebook page for daily updates.

Also, you can spook yourselves at the Deadmonton Haunted House. Since it is open with COVID restrictions, this is the perfect tour for a frightening good time. Each ticket is good for 2 separate tours, Area 51 Site 2 and Dusk-Rise of the Dead. These tours are scary, but there are plenty of exits along the way if a guest gets overwhelmed. Tickets must be pre-purchased online for a timed entry. As always, masks are required and hand sanitizer stations can be found throughout the compound. Our Strathcona residents in Granville, Astoria, and Strathcona Suites live just minutes from this terrifying experience.

Want to learn about the most haunted areas in Edmonton? Edmonton Ghost Tours is up and running this year with outdoor tours. You can book tickets online for the Old Strathcona Ghost Tour that begins at the Edmonton Firefighters Memorial Plaza, minutes from Helen's Suites. The UofA/Garneau History and Haunted Hike starts outside the Rutherford House, which is minutes from our Birchview Apartments in Garneau. All tours are outdoors; however physical distancing and masks are required. All tours are open daily until November 3rd.
