Danika Litke

Danika became a valued member of Ayre & Oxford Inc. in May 2015, marking the beginning of her career with the company and establishing a strong foundation in condominium and residential property management. In 2021, she obtained her Property Management licensing through the Real Estate Council of Alberta (RECA), followed by her Condominium Manager Associate License, demonstrating her ongoing commitment to professional development and industry excellence.

Through her dedication, performance, and leadership contributions, Danika has progressed into the role of Senior Executive Property Manager, Associate / Condominium Manager, Associate, and is now a member of our internal  Executive Team. This advancement reflects both her consistent delivery to clients and her growing involvement in broader organizational initiatives.

In her dual capacity, Danika continues to oversee her management portfolio while also contributing to executive-level priorities, including team development, operational alignment, and strategic planning. She remains focused on advancing her expertise in condominium management, governance, and legislation, while actively pursuing further education and licensing as part of her long-term professional growth.

Known for her meticulous attention to detail, collaborative approach, and commitment to continuous improvement, Danika plays an important role in supporting both her clients and the wider team. She brings a practical, hands-on perspective to leadership discussions, and is actively involved in mentorship and team support initiatives across the organization.

As Danika continues to grow within her role, she is focused on expanding her impact both within her portfolio and at the executive level, contributing to the ongoing success and evolution of Ayre & Oxford Inc.
