Nina is committed to providing professional, organized, and responsive service to the communities she manages. She works collaboratively with Boards, residents, contractors, administrative team members, and senior management to support effective communication, timely follow-up, and continuity of service.

Through Ayre & Oxford’s team-based approach, Nina is supported by experienced condominium management professionals and ongoing internal mentorship. Her focus is on building strong working relationships, understanding each community’s unique needs, and assisting Boards in managing their corporations with care, diligence, and professionalism.
