Kevin Evans joined Ayre & Oxford in 2025, bringing with him a diverse background in construction, building operations, maintenance, and residential real estate.

Kevin holds active licences as a Residential Real Estate Associate and Residential Property Manager in Alberta and is a Conditionally Licensed Condominium Manager, while completing RECA's graduated Condominium Manager licensing education pathway and being mentored in this sector as part of his ongoing professional development.

Prior to joining Ayre & Oxford, Kevin developed extensive experience in the construction industry, including leadership roles coordinating trades, contractors, and project teams while supporting residential and condominium building projects. His practical knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and life-safety systems, provides valuable insight into the operational needs of residential and condominium properties.

Since joining Ayre & Oxford, Kevin has supported condominium communities through maintenance operations while continuing to advance his professional education, knowledge and industry credentials. His combination of technical building knowledge, strong problem-solving abilities, customer service focus, and commitment to ongoing professional development positions him well to support both residential and condominium clients.
