Paul A. Jones

Upon graduation from CDI College Paul worked privately designing computer programs for several companies in Edmonton. On January 2, 2000 Paul joined an Edmonton based Property Management Company where he began to build a portfolio consisting of Rental apartments, Condominium complexes and Commercial centers. Paul joined the Ayre & Oxford Inc. team thereafter in 2006 and is now a Partner. Paul is a very hands' on Manager who believes in the philosophy of constant site visits and communication with Owners in order to ensure that proper supervision and attention is given to each client.

Project Management of renovations of suites, common areas and some exterior improvements is one area that Mr. Jones excels in providing assurance for his clients that the work is done professionally and economically to help increase the Owner's return on investment in keeping up to date with the ever-changing demands of tenants. 

Mr. Jones is a long standing Licensed Real Estate Agent in the Province of Alberta and recently received his Associate Broker designation as well currently holds his CPM ® and ACM® designations.  He also completing his Real Estate to obtain his ARM ® designation.  Mr. Jones also sits on the Board of Directors for ARLA® (Alberta Residential Landlord Association) and has volunteered on the Board for over 10 years.

Paul was very excited to receive the Property Manager of the year award for Northern Alberta through ARLA.  The hard work and dedication to the industry along with his professional team made this award possible.
