We are thrilled to announce a significant addition to our Shareholder team. As of January 1st, 2024, Ayre & Oxford Inc. proudly welcomed Khurram Hudda to our Shareholder Team, who has been an integral part of Ayre & Oxford Inc. since March 2019.
Khurram's dedication and extensive experience in commercial, condo, and residential property management make him a valuable asset to our team. In his continued position as CFO, he will work closely with our existing ownership to maintain close personal contact with our clients, enhancing our ability to improve services while upholding the reputation we have diligently built over the years.
With over 20 years of international finance experience spanning various industries, Khurram is proficient in ERP solutions and specializes in improving efficiencies through automation and process enhancement while managing risk. His qualifications include an Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA, UK) certification, a master's degree in professional accountancy from the University of London, UK, and a Canadian Certified Public Accountant (CPA, CGA) designation.
Beyond his professional achievements, Khurram is an advocate for social responsibility. He dedicates his spare time to volunteering with the Aga Khan Development Network (AKDN) agencies, serving on finance and audit committees, and supporting education and quality of life initiatives for underprivileged communities globally. His commitment extends to mental health awareness programs, reflecting his passion for holistic well-being.

Effective immediately; Although we remain operational, we are temporarily suspending in office walk in and appointments with customers. All transactions will be conducted via phone or email. Please contact your Property Manager directly or alternatively contact us at 780-448-4984 to have your call directed to the appropriate channel. Our reception telephone answering remains in service.
We understand this is a break from our normal practice and thank you for your understanding as we do what we can to minimize any exposures to our staff and clients
While this may mean a slight disturbance or delay in service, rest assured we will continue to make our customer service a top priority.
By engaging in contingency planning and preparing the workplace for the impact of an outbreak, we will at least mitigate the consequences of a worst case scenario
