Roseanne Evans

Roseanne has managed a variety of Residential Properties, and is well known in the industry by her co workers and colleagues for her positive attitude, willingness to share knowledge, strong ethics, attention to detail and setting a high standard for personal goals. Roseanne has a vision of lifelong learning which has led to her volunteer involvement with The Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and The Real Estate Institute of Canada (REIC);

2006 to 2008 - Director, IREM Edmonton Chapter 54- Director for Candidate Guidance, Education, Coordination, Promotion and Awareness.

2008 – Current - Appointed to represent IREM on the Property Managers Advisory Committee (PMAC), This Committee acts as a liaison between Licensed Industry Members and the Real Estate Council of Alberta (RECA). As part of this committee, she was responsible in 2008 to review the draft of a new Phase III Property Management Education Module for Real Estate Licensing in Alberta.

Roseanne has achieved her CPM designation, Certified Property Manager, the designation awarded by REIC, the Real Estate Institute of Canada to the top professionals in the industry, along with her ACM, Accredited Condominium Manager designation, from the Association of Condominium Managers of Alberta.

Roseanne Evans, being the attention to detail person, was awarded the Bentall Award of Excellence during 2007. Mrs. Evans has been a licensed Real Estate Associate since 2003 and is a Commissioner for Oaths in the Province of Alberta.

Upon graduation from CDI College Paul worked privately designing computer programs for several companies in Edmonton.

On January 2, 2000 Paul joined an Edmonton based Property Management Company where he began to build a portfolio consisting of Rental apartments, Condominium complexes and Commercial centers.  Paul is a very hands on Manager who believes in the philosophy of constant site visits and communication with Owners in order to ensure that proper supervision and attention is given to each client.

Mr. Jones is a licensed Real Estate Agent in the Province of Alberta and his goals are to achieve his Certified Property Manager degree and continue to educate himself with the ongoing changes in Real Estate.  In 2008 Paul was the winner of the Edmonton Apartment Association's Property Manager of the Year award, and he has recently been selected to sit on the Edmonton Apartment Association Board of Directors.

Gail Chekowski
Property Manager

Gail Chekowski is the latest addition to the Condominium Property Management team.  Gail's experience includes both private and fee property management.

With 15 years of diverse property management experience, Gail has fine tuned her skills.  Her many years of experience and mastery of diplomacy offer effective management for a variety of boards and clients.

Gail has had the pleasure of recently restoring a Heritage building located in Edmonton.  Her negotiation skills and building construction knowledge are a definite asset to Ayre & Oxford.

Gail has excellent communication and people skills, and she is attentive to the client's needs.  We welcome Gail to the team.

Carol Green
Associate

Carol Green started off in residential properties as a Leasing Agent and a Resident Manager of both high and low rise apartment complexes. Carol has been 18 years in residential property management and received her real estate license in 2008. Carol joined Ayre & Oxford Inc. in 2004, her portfolio being residential rental properties.

Carol treats her portfolio with a hands on approach and is equally involved with renovation work in common areas and in suite upgrades. She uses her trade resources to source out the best product and workmanship for her Clients. She is mutually committed to her Clients direction and her Tenants.
