Rose Evans is a majority owner and key principal of Ayre & Oxford Inc., with over 18 years of leadership and hands-on experience within the organization. She plays a central role in shaping the firm’s strategic direction while working closely with the ownership team, leadership group, and employees across all departments to support consistent, high-quality real estate management services.

A highly respected Real Estate and Condominium Broker, Rose provides strategic oversight across a diverse portfolio of Commercial, Condominium, HOA, and Residential properties. While not serving as the primary day-to-day contact—roles which are fulfilled by dedicated departmental professionals—she remains actively involved at a leadership level, offering guidance, mentorship, and hands-on support where needed to ensure alignment with company standards and client expectations.

Rose is known for her people-centered leadership style, fostering accountability, professional growth, and collaboration among teams and individuals. Her commitment to continuous learning extends throughout the organization and the broader industry, supported by her long-standing involvement and volunteer service with industry-related organizations.

She holds the Certified Property Manager (CPM) and Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) designations from the Real Estate Institute of Canada (REIC), as well as the Accredited Condominium Manager (ACM) designation from the Association of Condominium Managers of Alberta (ACMA). As the executive CPM for Ayre & Oxford Inc., Rose directs and supervises real estate management activities in collaboration with the ownership and management teams as the firm advances toward AMO® accreditation through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).

Her leadership and commitment to excellence have been recognized through numerous honors, including the REIC Bentall Award of Excellence (2007), CPM of the Year from the REIC Edmonton Chapter (2015), and the Edmonton Business Leaders Award (2019). These accolades reflect her strategic influence, hands-on leadership, and lasting contribution to the profession.
