We like to become involved with a new development project as early as possible before and during construction. We are then able to assist with budgeting, the fee schedule, as well as becoming familiar with the Property in advance of either the Turnover Meeting if a Condominium, or pre-leasing for Residential and Commercial Developments.
We offer reduced minimum rates during the construction phase in order to accommodate budgetary restrictions.
